Salsa

Ingredients
3 mediumTomatoes
2 clovesgarlic
1/3 medium onion
2 or 3 anaheim or jalapeno or serano peppers. Anaheims are for wimps. Jalapenos are average. Seranos are authentic.
1/4 cup cilantro (optional, I don't add this.)


Directions
  1. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters.

  2. Cut onion into four to six pieces.

  3. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.

  4. Place garlic, peppers and onion into food processor or blender. Chop for a bit.

  5. Add tomatoes. Chop for a bit more. Less time for chunkier salsa, longer for less chunky.

Serve with tortilla chips.
