Beer, Bratwurst, and Bears week: it just doesn't get any better than this. Wisconsin is populated by Germans and Poles, and there's just nothing more loved than Beer and Brats and the Packers.

Ingredients
10 Bratwursts
16 oz Beer

Directions
  1. Pierce each brat with a fork about 15-20 times on each side.

  2. Pour the beer into a 3 qt pan. Boil the brats for 15 minutes.

  3. Grill the brats over an open flame until browned - about 2 minutes.

Serve with hot dog buns, ketchup, mustard, horseradish, chopped onions and mayonaise. Apply more beer while eating, as necessary.

Best served in the parking lot of Lambeau Field, just before a game. Even better if the opposing team is the Bears or Vikings. Even better if the Packers win.
